Embroidery Application Charges
For each embroidery application you have on a garment, a cost is applied.
The cost depends on the number of applications you require; the more you purchase, the cheaper the cost of each application.
For example, if you order one garment with three embroidered logos, that would amount to three embroidery applications.
If we do not yet have your logo on file, you will require an Embroidery Setup Charge in your basket. Your logo needs to be sent off to our digitiser to be converted. Then we stitch out a sample to ensure the design is perfect. This service is covered in the logo set up fee.
Please be mindful that not all logo positions are suitable for all garments. Our team can assist you with choosing the right logo positions for the garments you have chosen.
Rest assured, should you accidentally include any incorrect charges in your order, our dedicated sales team will promptly make the necessary adjustments and provide you with a convenient link for any additional payment required.

Delivery Lead times:
- We aim to despatch all stock products within 24-48 Working Hours of receipt of order (excluding Public Holidays).
- Personalised/Embroidered items usually take 3-5 working days from artwork sign off.
You will receive an email confirmation & tracking information when your order has been despatched. If you cannot locate this email, first check that you input your email address correctly on your order. Next, check your spam/junk folder. If you still can't locate it, then please email us at sales@workuniformcompany.co.uk
Please note : You may not receive all products within one parcel due to items being despatched from separate warehouses.

Very occasionally parcels do go missing. If this happens to you, please notify us within 72 hours of receipt of the despatch notification email. We will always investigate thoroughly and obtain a photo proof of delivery if possible.
