How Our Bulk Discounts Work

1–9 Garments — Standard Pricing

This is our normal website pricing and is ideal for individuals or very small teams.

You still receive the same service benefits as every other customer, including:

  • Free logo setup
  • Free embroidery digitising
  • Free design support
  • Free returns on plain garments

10–24 Garments — Small Team Discounts

Orders of 10 garments or more allow us to streamline production, which is where meaningful savings begin to appear.

At this point, embroidery and production become much more efficient, so we’re typically able to reduce pricing by around 10–15%, depending on the garments involved.

Perfect for:

  • Trades teams
  • Start-ups
  • Independent hospitality businesses

25–49 Garments — Team Order Pricing

This is where most growing businesses start to see strong value.

Orders at this level usually suit:

  • Hospitality teams
  • Front-of-house staff
  • Care providers
  • SMEs with multiple departments

Typical savings are around 18–22%.

50–99 Garments — Company-Level Orders

At 50+ garments, we’re normally looking at a full company rollout or a sizeable department order.

Savings at this level are often between 25–35%, especially where garments are grouped efficiently for embroidery or print production.

This is also where we’ll usually start tailoring quotes around:

100+ Garments — Contract Pricing

For larger uniform programmes, we move into contract pricing territory.

Savings at this level can often reach 35–40% compared to single-item pricing.
