Dear Customer,

Please be advised that we are experiencing delivery delays upwards of 5 working days on certain product lines due to the following events and circumstances that are completely out of our control:

1) Postal Service Strikes:
2) Felixstowe Container Port Strikes:
3) Brook Taverner Warehouse I.T. upgrades have met with some glitches that are currently delaying the picking and packing process by 4 to 5 days. They expect that this will be resolved within the next 10 days.

We thank you for your patience and understanding and we hope the world goes back to the “old normal” as opposed to the “new normal” very soon.
