FREE DELIVERY on Orders over £72 (inc VAT) Other orders under £72 (inc. VAT) are charged at £4.95 (inc VAT)
Lead time is dependent upon which brand of uniform you are ordering.
- We aim to despatch all stocked items in 1-3 working days (This includes Disley, OPGear, Select Uneek products) These items will be sent with DPD, Royal Mail or TNT.
- We aim to despatch non-stock products in 5-7 working days (This includes Brook Taverner, Behrens, Portwest, La Beeby, Henbury, Front Row and Premier) These items will be sent using either DHL, DPD, Royal Mail
- Personalised/Embroidered items may take up to 10 working days to allow for the sampling and approval processes.
We will send a shipping confirmation email with tracking information to let you know when it's on its way. if you cannot locate this email, first check that you input your email address correctly on your order. Next, check your spam folder. If you still can't locate it, then get in touch.

Missing Delivery Policy
We politely request that our customers notify us of any delivery issues within 72 hours of receipt of the despatch notification email. We are not obliged to investigate issues raised outside of this time frame.
